Pls add my customer review for Senaxis. I have already complain to i-care but i tink thr is no action to be taken from them as i had to call thm numerous times to gt a reply from them. So i tink it is better to let all our proud PE owner to know n avoid the place at ALL cost as it would bring them a lot of heartache whn their new PE is serviced by great 'professional' at that place.
The issues that i had to face until i change a diff place.
a. On the first day of obtaining the car from Atiara, there was an issue with the left hand side door window. Water was able to leak in from contact point between the rubber and window. It seems that the run channel rubber is faulty. The item was not changed, what the service center personnel did was just to apply a whitish liquid to recondition the rubber and put it back in place. After going back there for more than 3times and complaining on the same problem only were they satisfied to replace the run channel rubber for me. In addition to all this, I was charged RM3.50 for processing fee. So much inconvenience caused and I am still charged a processing fee? What kind of service is this?
b. After 2 to 3 weeks of driving, I found that there was a knocking sound coming from my front right hand side. The knocking sound only appears when cornering on uneven ground. It was very prominent when driving up and down of Carrefour multi level parking. I complaint at Senaxis about this issue. They tried a few times to identify the problem but was not able to detect it. Therefore, I did some checking of my own. I found out from the internet and some friends that there was some issue with the previous design of the power steering fluid delivery unit. When i inform Senaxis about this, the answer from them was that my unit was the latest design and the issue was not from there. In addition, the mechanic there was telling me that this was the infamous Carrefour sound and there was no remedies for it at the moment even after I highlighted that it was from the power steering fluid delivery unit. Finally, i got it fixed when I send my car to CoSE. There was no questions asked and the power steering fluid delivery unit was changed as it was a known issue (when I asked the person attending to my car)
c. After 2 months of driving, I was faced with another issue. There was a high pitch screeching sound coming from the fan belt auto tensioner. After sending it to Senaxis, the mechanic informed me that it was normal for the sound to appear and that we (the drivers) are to concern as we do not know that this sound has no effect on the car what-so-ever and that we are just paranoid as the car is still new. The mechanics there just took out the unit and sand paper the part and told me that it is very dirty due to high silicone compound in the belt. After that, they told me that the issue has been resolved. Upon reaching home from the service center, the sound returned again. I went back there again (27th May 2011) after approximately a week plus. They did the same thing again. (Sand paper the part). The sound was still there after the unit was placed back with an addition of a knocking sound. They told me to return again another day to service the unit. I was forced to return to them again. This was on 31st May 2011. What they did was the same thing again – sand paper the part to “clean the dust”. When asked why isn’t the unit replace as it has been time and time again having the same issue, they informed me that it was not under proton to replace the part. The car is brand new, less than 9000km. The 3rd service has not been done yet. Why is it not faulty if it is having the similar issue even after it has been serviced? In addition, the mechanic told me that it was the best that they are able to do. There is nothing else that can be done. (I need to live with this defect?) What kind of efficient service is this?
d. service personnel are not professional in performing their tasks as they do not look into the proper manner to jack up a car. In two occasions, my side skirt were pressed in between the car jack and the car’s body. I am unsure whether there is any internal damage caused to the clips as it is not visible.
