Yeah, got improved a lot than the stock one. But when i stick at 1st time. the door damn hard to close. Need to bang the door quite hard and can hear the sound out side clearly. Plan to take it off at 1st.. but i let it for 1 week and see how. Now the sponge already mampat and fit fit with the door. Now i hardly hear outside motorist sound already.
Got one time i send my car to a car wash, the boss also drive PE. When after vacuum inside, he close the door and the sound was solid. He curious then he open and close again for a few times.

Got persona user ask him in his thread whether it works wit the abs. The seller said yes. Meaning to said that there is a ABS hose install together with the rear lo.

This is the cheapest rear disc brake conversion i can find RM750 for disc brake + Rm100 Installation. Chop shop gave me Evo3 with RM850 without installation. Better go get a new one.

I accident before at high way due to tyre lock.

Yeah our currently brake pump is saga 1.3. I suggest you change to 1.6 brake pump (Gen2) because the braking force now is greater after you change rear disc brake. You also can get evo3/4 brake pump. Our tyre will still lock after the rear disc conversion, but the braking force is better than the drum. If u luck, you can brake in time. If really wanna perform emergency brake, use hand brake together. It do helps a lot. Another way to avoid tyre lock is to change to bigger rims. What line are you driving? If base line go for 16" rims depend on your budget. If you go for 17" even better but expensive. wider tyre have better grip, so brake won lock easily.


As for ABS and ebd module, you have to find slowly. Very hard to find. If u were so lucky to find a total lost H-line persona from accident. (touch wood ) then you untung la.

it is not a must to change. but better change la. a few hundred to protect your balls man.

If total lost part really sui, then bring the parts to tokong and pray pray to clear the sui before install lo. No religion offence, I am a Buddhist.

BTW dorin, i saw your reply at the rear disc brake seller's thread. I dono whether it is ori proton parts or not.

bro seriously, u got power to climb, but when you come down from genting. Our car brake damn tak makan. I try a few time. Really need to brake from far already, cos our Persona quite heavy. Need to use the combination of low gear and hand brake to come down.

you have to wait your plate no to arrive lo. Or ask proton to tow your new car to your home lo.

use hand brake and leg brake together lo.

his car chamber nut run, which is not include in proton warranty i think. chamber nuts cost min Rm35 i think. This is melaka price la. Wonder KL how much?

how come you order you car so early. if you wanna get your favorite no you can wait until the no come out at JPJ list then only go order your car ma. Cos advance no can be bought earlier and valid for at least 1 or 2 month.

eg you wan to buy AHRXXXX but now only AHQ. so you wait till AHQ 9XXX then only you go purchase your dream no. Then only order your car.

Once chamber nut run, how you do alignment will also run.i face this problem before, My GF savvy left side chamber nut run, also accident free. But after alignment still run.

When i ask the SC, they told my GF chamber nut din run just they tyre shop dono how to do alignment.

Then i told them, how about i write a black and white, in case my left tyre makan sebelah they change a new one for me. They keep silent. Then only they told me, chamber nut is wear and tear item. so not include in warranty.

But for new car chamber to run, you can fark them kao kao.

so after tune got any improvement?
