i think if ur buying from any sites other from Japan should be an International sizes. However, Japanese sizes are as below:-
M- H:167-173cm C:89-95cm W:75-81cm (Japanese)
L- H:172-178cm C:93-99cm W:79-85cm (Japanese)
O- H:177-183cm C:97-103cm W:83-89cm (International S)
XO- H:182-188cm C:101-107cm W:87-93cm (International M)
2XO- H:187-193cm C:105-111cm W:91-97cm (International L)
