Hey , i think this is the 1st time i ever mod or in this case recolor/spray a pc casing. Thing is, i wanted to buy a blue color/theme pc casing but havent got any luck n i came across this casing, really unknown to me. X5 Raynor Tower G1. Its cheap at only rm150.00 Only things in, its only available with red detail.. so, i think why not respray myself, if anything goes rong o wel at least its not some rm4xx ++ branded pc case So the rules stat i need a project name eh? This is now codenamed: Aoi

Im a total noob at spraying or any case mod in that matter so bear with me , anyhoo.. lets begin!

Wanted to see how stock fan looks like , so i decided to go ahead n put system in first n give it initial run..


N also wanted to see these in action! Aerocool Shark fans


Moments later..


more and more moments later.. finally ! System on! 12cm n 14cm in action


The front side blue light are barely seen.. so i open it up see whats going on inside,
n found out , not only it got filter..


..even the grille mesh also got 2nd filter! this case really hate dust!


So i taking the 2nd filter off.. so the blue light can shine through!


n did the same on top! notice the power LED also blue!? i knew this case is blue at heart

Notice the dust filter? those thing make light dimmer and cut CFM in half! ( assuming only ) im soooo taking that off!

me color choice , Sparkling Blue! kinda deep darkish blue with metallic effect.. kinda.. n yea its like rm9 a can , keeping the dirt cheap concept here haha

bro how much u bought the aerocool shark fans? how bout its airflow. is it good?

for some wierd reason its rm35 a piece, both 14cm n 12cm but i got no choice bcoz no other place got ready stock in my place

it certainly louder then most but better cooling power. eg my 6850 idle temp is now 43-45 compare to old case which is almost 50

of course my last case not even got any 12cm only 8cm , now use 1x14 n 2x12 as intake fans

Looks like Autobot casing..very nice indeed..but this casing design reminds me of Raidmax casing a lot..

ive used raidmax smilodon before.. compare to this, smilodon got almost none cables management n only house 80mm fans ( other then front 120mm )

this case, for its price, is just plain amazing!

thanks n yes it is sparkling blue. but the outcome is more sparkling dark blue n almost aqua color. u know lah.. these cheap tin spray, u never know what u gonna get!
