Just got my SGS2 from Sen Heng Kemuning Utama yesterday. Booked last Wednesday. Surprised that the Salesman told me that they got it from Kota Bharu branch. Wondering WHY they shipped to that branch even though they have HIGH DEMAND in Klang Valley. hmm.gif If I'm not mistaken Sen Heng took 200 units at first batch & distributed to all branches.

Consider it's good deal compared with the rest seller outside.

RM2099 - RM50 Voucher + RM99 PWP (Jabra BT2045 Bluetooth Headset + 16GB Kingston MicroSD Class 4) = RM2148 @ 6 Months 0% Interest Installment Plan

Moreover, 3 Years Warranty (1st year by SME & 2nd - 3rd year by Sen Heng)

Plus, gave me The Smurfs umbrella & football as free gift. rclxms.gif

Now, looking forward for my Momax I Case Pro to be delivered next week. Wanted to buy Otterbox Commuter Case but it's still not available yet in market.

Ok. That's a HAPPY new user here. Mr. Benny. Appreciate if you can add me to the user list too. Thx.

Now... started to cook my SGS2...

Wait for one week already.

SenQ and Seng Heng are same right ?

Yes. SenQ & Sen Heng are the same. But I bet SenQ will get more stock on SGS2 then Sen Heng. I bought it in Sen Heng cause my area no SenQ & have to go far far away.

I bet Penang, JB & Klang Valley are HOT SELLING areas of SGS2... Don't worry... U will get yours soon

Hi mhhee,

Are you already a plusone member under Sengheng? If not, need to pay the RM12 in order to get the price you got for the phone right?
*
Yes. required to be Sen Heng member to entitled the discount.

One thing to be funny about... They charged me extra RM50 at the first & caused me to turn back to them for the rebate. blush.gif

Then, later at night they called me again said less RM50 charged to my account... doh.gif

No choice, tonite have to go back to pay the RM50 for them... I also didn't realized. Think I have the bad math as them...

Sifus...I read all in page 1. I also read from google. I see a lot of articles say install ROMManager, then can backup and install ROM. I also read from page 1, use ODIN, install new stock ROM or custom ROM. Is it on SGS2 can only use ODIN? Can backup with ODIN? Sorry for noob question, coz I think I want to backup current ROM so that I could restore if anything happens. Thanks.
*
ROMManager can backup your existing ROM into your SDCard. It required that your SGS2 is installed with CWM. Then, you may select "Backup Current ROM" in the ROMManager & it will reboot your phone & starting the backup process.

Please note that Kernel & Modem is not backup by ROMManager. As its title said, Only Manage ROM. You still need to reflash your modem & kernel if you restore from other ROMs with diff kernel & modem.

Other Android masters please correct me if I'm wrong. smile.gif

OK. Thanks. So I can use ODIN to backup ROM, Kernel & modem, and also use it to flash new rom?
*
No No! Odin is used for Bootloader, Kernel & ROM Flashing. You can't use it to backup your ROM.

You can download ROMManager from market & run from your phone for ROM backup.

just flashed litening rom 2.2 successfully but reboot takes FOREVER!! maybe 15-20 seconds (or maybe longer) compared to just less than 10 seconds previously on stock rom and litening 1.5.

anybody experience this too?
*
As per quoted in version 2.2.

14/07/2011
Added Overscroll Glow
Added Zip Aligned script for more speed
Updated Flashplayer
Updated Superuser
Updated Market
Changed the useragent string (thanks BackfireNL)

Zip aligned script added. Mean faster application launch on using phone but slower boot up time. Because the script will check & align every apk in your phone during bootup or reboot. smile.gif

blush.gif same with my X5....too bad its cant view in landscape mode
*
Papago X5 can be used in landscape mode. You just need to modify the apk & added some files from others papago version to get it done.

However, I only able to do for the English language but it'll switch to English when you're in landscape mode.

Here are the screenshots.
