Just want to share..yesterday i tick repartition while flashing xxkg1, and i used the .pit file as well.. but, apparently my old data still available in the internal storage, e.g files that i pushed in, and even in CWM there are still my old backup files.. so, by repartioning, i think it will not clean up the storage. but there is possibility of data loss if only the data located at the new partition area.

huh? who told you .pit will erase your internal storage files?

iirc, .pit repartitions the internal rom space only (that part of your internal storage that is allocated to system, data, boot files etc). it doesnt touch the user portion of internal storage, to erase that you have to access it from settings > format usb
