long time ago, I registered 1 times long before election but name not in the system so can't vote, after the election I registered again. this time I can vote...
Is very normal u have to keep register, dont give up. They want u to give up..

registered last year or 2 years back, you still can't vote this coming election, their system is like that, you have to keep register and keep register. Maybe in the year 2016/7 u can vote...
I experienced this before, that's why I know... All you need to do is keep register, don't say u already register then no need to register anymore. If you voted before then you no longer register.....

continue register, if you don't then forever you can't be a voter........

stay at Sabah for 3 months only , you changed your I/C address and also registered as Sabah voter. Wow during this 3 months you really done a lot of things without thinking.... No wonder you are master student..... I can't teach you what to do, because I not master student.
Next time when you work somewhere at penang or johor for 3 months (as you say) don't forget to change your I/C address again and register voter again..
Maybe you have your own reason for changing address, I don't know that...

Correct, at first I thought he/she is from Sabah, tetapi dia bukan, dia dari Selangor, tinggal Sabah 3 bulan sahaja.....
Dia memang bukan Sabahan, tetapi dia master student dan dia suka tukar alamat dan tukar register voter.....
Mungkin dia ingat, election held very year, tinggal sana 3 bulan cepat cepat pergi tukar alamak dan tukar register voter.....
