usually a starter kit will consist of 2 dumbell bars and 2 very light weights of lets say 4 plates of 1.25 lbs and 4 plates of 2.5 lbs. Additional plates have to be bought separately. the starter kit usually cost around RM 60-80 for a generic brand. Plates will sell by weight per RM.
