First of all thanks for the seller prompt delivery and good communications.

I want to ensure and emphasize that, I'm not here to defame the product. Please read my following feedback. My newly bought wall clock (The clock itself fell When I woke up this morning & saw the clock (The main body with hour / min / sec hands) laid on the floor, not the center magnetic that stick with the wall) was fell from the wall (tiles surface). The hour hand was bent (metal), the min hand was loosen (simply swinging) & slightly bent. While the battery has already "emptied" from the clock body, which means the clock was detached from the center magnetic sticky pad from the wall, and then somehow during the early morning it just fell & broken.

Time of the incident (2013-july-14, after 3am. Because I was still watching movie in the living room. Realized the clock fell in the morning after 10am)

what is the current status,
Everything still intact (items that still stick on the wall --> all the markers), except for the clock body broken due to free fall from the wall.

Note: The magnetic bracket isn't have enough Gauss strength to hold the clock body permanently. This is the insecure area that I felt of this product design. Those 3 hands on the clock were flimsy to me, reason is because the hour & min hands would "touch" each other without able to stack up in parallel position at 360 degree.

feel free to comment...
Your advise is needed..
Thanks

Hi Gents,

I'm sorry to hear that happen, that was why I asked about the wall surface. I'll appreciate if you can take a picture of your wall so I'll know what to avoid next time. (As well as the damaged clock).

In any case, I will give you a new replacement, and a stronger solution to make it stick. I'll mail it out to you in a day or 2 (Need to buy the solution). All cost will be bored by me since this is a warranty. Will let you know in PM.

Do feel free to post any feedback, good or bad, thanks!

Hi reis, can the clock be repaired? Mine 3 years old and the movement has gotten slower & sometimes it just stuck. I tried to send to a clock specialist but they cant fix it because the hand holder is non-standard size. thanks.
