 Drawing manga requires great talent?

For me, i believe in practice make perfect...i'm interested on manga style drawing..and i draw it often(in lecture hall or free time)...so far from wat i know it requires much practice...talent is one thing but more important one will be hard work..give urself a target, keep record of ur drawing and u'll see much improvement..

nice artwork...but more practice can be done on ur body proportion and pose..i'm interested on anime/manga drawing too..but as a hobby..cos it's hard path for mangaka in malaysia..
well, i'm practicing anime drawing almost everyday..and u have dA account?there are a lot of tutorials around..
