MOTM: Ramires.
Torres played pretty well. Mikel look very composed. Lampard almost invisible mode. obviously he past his prime. kalou same old story. haish. malouda. look heavy with the ball. overall, the performance was okay considering stoke city is well known to be very physical in their approach. nice to see torres comfortable with the ball. we need creative midfield. 1/2 pacey winger. if no more addition, i don't see we can challenge for the title. |

AVB don't have the balls to bench lampard. he clearly past his prime. looking at the lineup, i was like WTF. why don't he try torres - drogba combo instead of 3 forward. deploy benayoun as diamond's top.
