Anyone can suggest some tools to cut a perfect circle blowhole on acrylic ?

since you're gonna cut acrylic, I think you can look around garage sales section for it.

If u just cut one hole , it not worth because the holesaw is not cheap.

u can use rotary tools, but need a strong hand.
