nothing can take the place of a proper meal
that's y protein shakes are called supplements even MRP(meal replacement protein), personally i think they can't too. a meal is made of different nutrition values, not jus protein alone...even fiber helps |

is eating really that tough?
or r u afraid u will develop massive jaw muscles from chewing...lol sorry, jus joking... i work in an office. and if i hv no choice and need to get a quick meal, i get oats. pour in hot hot water and leave it for a few mins. then add in oil water and protein powder. gnc = overpriced jus whey protein alone will not help u much i guess u r better off with a protein blend such as dymatize elite gourmet. lol.. he wants his gf to be thin by just drinking or eating something.. so may threads bout diet.. but no none bout how to start a workout routine.. no easy way to get in shape.. thats y being in shape is a lifestyle

most of us here diet diet diet diet diet lift lift lift cardio you get nowhere without proper diet. don't get replacement meals, eat healthy whole food and you'll get better physique and healthier too. throw those slimming products, detox and whatever product there is out there. rather than spending 400 more a month to slim down she can save 400 a month just by eating clean and still slim down.
your girlfriend may need diet diet diet diet diet cardio cardio cardio lift =) |
