Here is my story... Apparently i sold my LG Optimus 2X AP Set to a forumer.... It is nearly 3 months old(used 1 day only) and been sitting in my drawer beacause i have an iphone 4...

He smsed me and we deal in kelana jaya gaint... Before dealing i tested the device and CONFIRM IN GOOD CONDITION and ask him he wan a custom rom or stock... He said he is ok with custom... So i left the way it is since i already flashed it 3 months back then...

But now he is complaining the device is keep hanging and he needs to remove the battery up to 10 times per day... Now he is demanding for warranty...

Firstly i asked him to flash back to the stock rom... He said his friend helped him to do it and it didnt do any good..

The 2nd choice he gave me is.... I give him back the money and bring the phone for warranty... And when fixed he will give me back the money and he take the phone back which i dun really agree with since i don't provide personal warranty... And this sounds like refund...

I asked him to send to the service centre in kajang but he say he feel dumb because he thinks i am trying to sell him a problematic phone and ask him to fix it... I swear to god i tested the phone for almost 4 hours before dealing with him and no such problem at all...

I am confused now what should i do... Since i don't provide personal warranty and the deal is on COD so i think its quite clear i have no responsible for warranty and the device is in perfect shape checked during COD(with receipt and warranty card)... I am now advising him to send to kajang for warranty...

Guys whats your opinion? Please give constructive advices or opinions... Thanks a lot~

if he tested it during COD time and satisfy with it + u dun provide PW than it is his job to bring the phone to fix it

Since the phone is still under warranty, he could've sent it for warranty.

Lol... Ya and he say he feels dumb because he is the one who is sending to warranty...
