hahaha,this is a good lean mass gainer .gaspari real mass isnt that bad either gives u moderate gains like true mass but if ur looking for solid lean mass gain either go for universal nutrition real gains ,or labrada lean 60.serious mass ,dymatize super mass,or muscle juice are for hard gainers only that wouldn't mind putting on fat for size.
