Upgrade from single phase to 3 phase power supply!, What the procedure and how much cost?

i intend to upgrade my shop power supply from single phase to 3 phase, what is the procedure and estimated cost ?
Can direct go TNB apply or hv to go through TNB qualified contractor ? Thank you |
