QUOTE(kurt99909 @ Jul 18 2011, 08:22 PM) My friend is saying that staying anywhere with walking distance to MRT is a good place to stay. As I know staying in central cost nearly half my hand. Hurm, what say you? Ang Mo kia is a good place? Need two rooms, anyone got contact please do PM me. |

Additional information from my friend. He stressed that must have work permit/employment pass to stay in singapore.
Further no one will dare to rent it without all these thing. unless u get a permit from a company then u're allow to rent. How true is this statement? |

QUOTE(LYR @ Jul 18 2011, 09:02 PM) if the landlord doesnt provide official agreement, i doubt you'll face any problem provided that you can pay 1 month deposit + 1 month rental on the spot. Where to find this kind of landlord? oh lord... now left me no choice. Without a place to land is extremely difficult. As that is ridiculous moving in and out from MY just for a seek of an interview. |
