Hi, just to check, for a PR holding malaysia passport. If i travel back to Msia and renew my passport, what do I have to do? Going to the ICA site and renew or transfer my REP to a new passport?

At the same time, do i have to send my passport to ICA for stamping?

I don't have the ICA rubber stamp on my passport after I did the e-REP transfer online.  No problem at all.

I have not come across a case where they reject your REP. You void your PR if you leave SG without valid REP, no joke fir this. Custom normally stop you before you leave country. I saw group of people cancel their trip just because one of the member have this problem. 

If you did not meet the min stay requirement or the cpf contribution requirement, they will still give you shorter term of REP. Else it is 5 years max.

Go ICA web, you need to make an e-booking and print out some form and document that tell you what to do next.

bro P2 is fine  but for PR gov still quite tight on this, u can try lah, worst to worst they will ask u to apply after 6 month later

If a fresh graduate get a job in singapore, how much shall he hav to survive for the first month?
The criteria are
Accomodation = Single Room with no aircon? ( i know where is difference between location. but how much will the average be? )
Food? (Simple simple can d)
Transportation?
Unexpected expenses?

hmm. can anyone help me out to gauge the total figure so that i know how much shall i ready for the first month =(

I was all alone in Singapore...didn't have much friends....then due to work wise...i could move from a reseller/dealer position to an outsource team(KL branch) under the principal...there's an unsaid rule...also not nice mah...imagine your principal company korek their businesspartner/dealers/resellers employees.

So since it was still an outsource team..means i'm a contractor and my principal company is my client. So still worked out lor...then got a move from the outsource team based in KL branch back then to a perm position in the SG branch, pretty similar job description.
Also while I was back in KL found myself a lovely partner, whom moved to SG to work...so in that sense...this speed up my process in trying to find a job back in SG. Got a PR before I came back to kl to work, so the move wasnt that hard....nor easy either
