i wan to kno is hr in singapore company directly throw my resume to dustbin if they see i put msia phone number?

my experience tell me they either throw my detail to bin or redirect my application to msia's company, eg intel sg to intel penang

DO i need a sg number to increase my chance of getting interview?
please advice
