But why she is so lazy? To me, it sounds more like the HR is avoiding you. Why don't you just go straight to the person who agreed to hire you?

So while you exit SG, just pass the letter to the immigration officer will do. They will stamp on your passport and write your FIN beside it. They might also ask "why wanna leave SG, not good meh working here?".
