Been waiting for a 61++ battery from Lenovo for more than 3 weeks since the expected arrival date. The tracking number they provide doesn't work. Emailed customer service and after their initial response of "we are checking", they aren't replying anymore.

Yeah this is the online order. I ordered my laptop and a keyboard the same way last time with no issues.
