i got one question. i have an age old ibm thinkpad r30 (pentium III 1.0 Ghz with 256 mb RAM (128x2 unit = i checked it using BelArc Prog) and I would like to upgrade the RAM to at least 512 mb or 1Gb RAM. Which Kingston RAM Model i should look for as I understand that pentium III motherboard cannot support more than 256 Mb RAM in a single stick and it has to be 16 chips?

Please advise.. thank you...

guys and girls... my ibm r30 2656-em1 HDD just went dead...

i took it out and the measurements are as follows

1. width : 2.7 inches
2. thickness : 8mm

can anyone help me to find a working HDD for my ancient laptop? 20gb is more than enuff... thanks! whether is brand new or second hand...

so i believe that a normal 2.5 inch can be used? cause i measured the dead HDD (Hitachi Travelstar) and it was at 2.7 inch wide... i never seen a 2.7 inch wide before... LOL

looking to upgrade the ram on my t60... according to the website, it can support max 4gb

so i'm looking at this model and pricing.. any better deals than this?

yeah! I am one of the satisfied users ( i bought one t60 from him) and never regretted it! my only gripe is that i have more money so that i could buy his santa rosa x61! 1.4 kg with core 2 duo t 7250! w00+!!!

help bros... my trusty t60 fan is making noises.... any shop to recommend? (warranty expired liao and ibm would charge rm 80 just to look at ibm that has expired warranty not to mention their expensive parts and labor cost)
