there are option in lenove malaysia website for this...i think malaysia sim card can be installed, you may get the wwan card from ebay, cheaper I think

Honestly, I think the change by no means makes the T series much worse, it's still a solid lineup. It's just that the iconic power bridge feature has lost, just like what happened to X series

quick question

i just bought refurbished thinkpad T450 from lazada. everything is fine

however i found that when i plugged the AC charger, it only charge up till 80% only.

Any setting to change it to 100%?

sorry this is my first thinkpad experience

remove and install the external battery. easy fix.
(make sure you check if it's bat 1 or 2)

And apparently my Vantage stopped working after clean install

I'm using P1 first gen with an i5. Out of box it's quite noisy because the fan kicks in easily. I suspect the thermal paste wasn't applied properly. But before I opened it up to do that, I tried throttle stop to downvolt. End up it solved the problem. On normal load the fans seldom kick in now. And the battery life after tuning is amazing. I can get 9-10 hours.

My fibocom L850GL driver could not support, its very annoying when shutdown force restart.
After remove the WWAN card and solved on shutdown an issue.

P1 same as Extreme X1.

Haha even the thunderbolt 3 cant support, after reformation and fresh install windows again then working fine for all Drivers, just except the Intel graphics driver and WWAN card driver.

Any data micro Sim card will do.
But current latest win 1903 version, has an issue of the old June 19 driver, there is cant supported, no matter how you update or installed, the Fibocom 850GL driver will be remain on vintage update.
