still on stock O2x,
after installing whatsapp from market, why i cant see contacts in whatsapp contacts? my phone contact hv numbers, fb contacts also syncs .. but weird whatsapp contacts not showing up.

version is 2.2.2
is there any guide to upgrade to 2.3.3?

anybody knows why my LG keep on reboot and reboot.
non rooted/custom. still ori out of the box.

already claim waranty and shop exchange to new set, less frequent restart/reboot for no particular reason, but yes it still reboot/restart randomly.

have not updated to v10d (will try, thx for advice)
not yet install any apps, only 1 or 2 launcher.

had tried restore, and still reboot randonly. now , maybe hv to pasang cctv 24hrs on the O2x as proof to claim another set. haha

now exchanged to 3rd set, and OMG, just open play with it for like 15mins and restart again. wuts with this LG.

update: already brought to LG Service Centre and the service rep, helped upgraded to v10d, and 1 hour later it restart again for no particular reason.
Thx for ur advice, but im afraid to root cause it might give me problems later when claiming waranty.

just want to ask, coming from an unrooted/un-customed LG 2x

should i want to root,
do i have to:
1. S-OFF ? (like needed on Desire HD)

after rooted the O2x, should i dont want to root, how to i unroot the O2x? is there any guide i can follow?

succesfully install modaco custom firm on my fren LG O2x

but heres what i experience which is weird and would like sifus/friends here give advice/opinions/experience:

1. root - use superoneclick = success (yes way easier than htc or samsung)
2. dload rom manager, and install CWM (ver. 4.0.x forgot the version)
- tried to install custom firm. from rom manager by using sd card option
= O2x restart but didnt install anything, it just reboot (weird)

then tried press vol down+power button after turn off
O2x rebooted into manual CWM = success
what is weird is, the O2x vibrates non-stop (mild soft vibrate continously)
all buttons are operational, so i can install custom firm from manual CWM

why is on manual CWM the O2x vibrates?

after install - reboot = success, O2x on Modaco with android 2.3.4

is this normal (the vibrates)

with modaco installed, when i press the button combo to take screen shot
power+home, sumtimes the screeen freeze with white screen,
then sumtimes it says this thing for screenshot.android force close

why is dat happening?

another bug (or wutever it is), i encountered after
root then flash Modaco. O2x seems fine, no heat, no reboot but one major thing missing (for me) the Mobile Data (3G) dont seem to work, i turned it on, but still nothing.

i checked the baseband and it matches with wut is stated on Modaco thread,

i havent yet flash the baseband since it is the same ver with wut is recommended on Modaco site.

wut is it dat turned off or making the mobile data not functioning? do i need to flash the baseband? radio?

i havent yet performed the SmartFlash P990 as per page 1. is dat the cause?
