U should try to root HTC phone and made comparison to this.

everytime people see my phone they always say "wooow is that galaxy s2?" " wah sudah pakai iphone ka?"

 

the most MAJOR issue i dont like with this phone is RANDOM REBOOT. IT happened a lot to me while using wall socket charging!

now become it more stable with using USB charging and 2 useful apps.
- advanced task killer
- mobo task killer

the ratio of random reboot become low while using USB charging.

the performance is top notch because the TEGRA 
but the accessory is hard to get and need to order online sometime lol.

quite limited for some places here.

Will all my data lost? If I upgrade to GB from 20f?
Do I need to backup all my stuff?
Hopefully can fix the following problems:-

1. Random auto restart.
2. always hang.
3. can't receive SMS and call.

Do you have any recommend apps or any link?

Well its a waste to let go the phone as the spec is quite good, only the ROM is outdated. Will try it out before i make any jump to other phone.

One thing for sure is, i'll really put LG in my bottom list of manufacturer for any purchase i'm going to make in future, until they proof themselves. So far i tried samsung and they are quite ok, but don't expect long life for the items you buy from them (not the item dont last, but they phase out really quick and replace with other models) but at least not as crappy that they launch the product with outdated ROM

are you on custom ROM or stock ROM? You may need to restore back to stock ROM before you can perform upgrade.
