Bro, your lg updater detect your runing froyo and there is update for it but not supported, this could be cause by either your phone is ap set and its not release for the set where it come from or did you flash with custom rom before? Depends on the situation, there are different solution

Bro, after battery pull, are you still on S/W upgrade screen? If still stuck, there is 2 ways to recover.

Hmm, you want to go back to stock for what purpose? if warranty i recommend NVFlash as this also wipe the clockworkmod so when they try to boot up to see if you got root the phone or not, it won't respond (P/S: if you root your phone only can install CWM)

If you want to restock for 'basic' rom but gingerbread via clockworkmod Download this and flash update via recovery (like normal install of custom rom)

Bro, got another way which is flashing via KDZ, this one i think you find more confusing compare to NVFlash. Let me know if you want to try this out

It won't brick, use smartflash to flash back any version stock rom.
then upgrade again.

Some apps can be move from phone to sd, this apps allow you to see which are ok to be moved, if you forcefully moved them into sd, you can see shortcut but cant execute the app.
