I asked Samsung yesterday and they told me that Nexus 2 will only come on coming Jan.

Nexus 2 will launched on coming Jan 2012 (Reply from Samsung) less than 150MB for froyo without install any other apps. less than 100MB and most of the time it's about 50MB in GB.
