All i know so far, aftet i simplified the steps, correct me if i'm wrong.

1) Root via SuperOneClick
2) Install Rom Manager and get the Recovery from there.
3) Boot in recovery mode.
4) Choose Wipe all.
5) Flash the CM7 #126

That's it right?
