Looking for supplement, Is Weight Gain and Mass Gain are the sam

Hi guys, i'm 60kg 175cm tall and was been working out at home since 2 years ago. It seems like i don't have enough meals in my daily diet (only 2 meals per day). So i decided to take either Weight gain or mass gain? Is it the same? Any advice? I usually workout in the evening like 4-6pm. Prefer drink before a workout and after a workout. Maybe can be my additional meal when in normal days without workout. Any idea which to take? Gnc??

frankly, u should try to eat more 1st before going for supplements.
or u can start to drink milk. for u, dun drink hl milk, jus drink normal full cream milk

i was weighted around 55kg 6 months ago.. after i changed the way i eat (4 times a day instead of 2 times previously).. plus workout.. plus whey protien.. n yeah im 65kg now..

drink more milk anytime of the day, not jus before sleep.
eg mornin when u wake up, drink a glass then go abt doing ur stuffs.
noon time tea break also drink etc
milk has casein protein, which is a slow digesting protein.
no need to drink those mass gainer etc
jus get a protein blend to go with ur milk
personally, i like dymatize elite gourmet

I've been doing bodybuilding for 8 month now.When i started i just weigh around 55kg.Now I'm already at 71kg.Thanks to Mass Gaining shake.My favourite is the ON Serious Mass 12lbs one...
