hi..I bought a Galaxy Note 3 from you on the 28th-Sep and when I called up Samsung Malaysia and checked, it was registered on the 25th-Sep instead.
Do you always pre-register the product you sell and WHY do you do so?
I wasn't told that it was pre-registered when purchasing and indirectly I lost 3 days of warranty.
