when u ask them why they haven't told u before u bought the phone or why LCD warranty is limited to 3 months, they will tell u nonsense like "don't be so pessimistic to think that your phone will be faulty before u buy it, LCD problems always surface within the first 3 months, etc"...
obviously don't count on getting your money back if you only realise this after you have exited their front door
