Hi,i bought a dot view case from you. but it doesnt work well. not sure magnet or m8 sensor is problematic. have to really press on the logo for screen to sleep.can i get an exchange?still have the purchase receipt

Bos,my ori set M8 got backlight bleed and dead pixels. Can i just do 1to1 exchange with you guys?
