i can say while his staffs might not have the best tone ever in town, but they are very sincere and honest. well some might not like it, but if u walk into many shops in the US, u will find that there are many sellers like this. they are not rude, they are just being very casual .. not a typical seller - to - customer conversation..

i havent been to any other phone shop since i first bought my incredible S few months back. for me there's nothing wrong with the staffs, at some time they make joke (be it genius or stupid one), while at certain point they are serious.. i want cheap phone, and their attitude is not that bad for me to go as far as complaining in this thread.. i even sent my 1 week old sgs II for rma, and their service is damn good and fast. and this is one of many reasons why i decided it's worth to waste my precious time and write this just to defend ts
