I do not take the reviews there seriously. You must remember that each reviewer there has his own movie tastes and sometimes that features heavily in the reviews. Even the pq and aq is sometimes incorrectly stated. Plus, one man's meat is another man's poison so never buy a blu-ray based on a review.

The user reviews (in the other section) is a lot more informative I believe.

just order the Braveheart / Gladiator Blu-ray 2-pack, praying hard it come with Gladiator remaster version...

Ask user is also user preferences. No much different.

When nowhere to ask, what I do is check few review.. that the only way to do.

arrived yesterday ....was shipped on 23 July via i-parcel, only 12 days

Anyway.. tis is a decent thriller wif Neeson helming it.. its not Taken by any means .. its a more subtle n suspense is built up slowly .. in comparo , Taken is an open book n u jus wanna see de action n mayhem.. If u ask me .. I find tis closer to Bourne Id then taken..

Aftr sayin tat, tis is not totally wifout its merits as u kinda want for more as de picture progresses..
Action is plenty .. even if at first its de accident kind where Neesons character is like a lame duck..
Supports from de likes of January Jones.. who looked awfully familiar which I couldnt place until ltr readin, tat she was in Xmen 1st Class as d 'bad' mutant in white, Jones plays de wife who conveniently forgets .. Kruger plays an illegal immigrant frm Bosnia who drives de taxi Neeson was in, there is de ex Stasi character too which kinds of bolsters out d story, thou.. I tink his part is not really needed..

Vdo is gud as expected frm a new catalog ttl.
Odo is gud too n thou not reference in any way but still manages to enhance de story a lot..

If u like Neeson, this is a must hv, if not maybe a dwnld to sample 1st..

Yalo, Captain America 1st half still ok, after that.. damn boring..

The fighting scene .. like watching flipping show.. extreme boring and meaningless.. and I don't have any feeling on any character die inside.. .as they is no feel, die die lo... I also give 3 star.

just watched the making of... ROTPOTA. looks like not bad... at least the cgi-efx - the ape looks believable and im not surprised bcoz it's from WETA; the efx co. who did mo-cap & cgi for Avatar, King Kong & LOTR.

BD will be released separately though..wait till price drop further..

just back from the cinema...thumbs up for this reboot, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, 4/5 !

+simple and engaging storyline
+good build up and well paced sequences
+realistic cgi and apes performances

1 hour 45 mins seems short as i want more !

best moment for me :




and...im getting this one when its out on BLU-RAY!
