Finish watched Ghostbusters



The Film: Never though Sigourney Weaver was inside there, my last watching could probably 15 to 20 years ago where I was still a kids and dunno who is Sigourney Weaver. Still loving the film. 4.5 Star.

PQ: Better than expected, well done and no DNR issue, but ... grain hater must avoid this, some viewer at blu-ray.com said it is just too grains, for me I find it was ok, it is not the greatest, but in well control. 4 Star.

AQ: I just found the sound is flat and weak. 3 Star.

Extra: Plenty of extra, 4 Star.

What about those special features, will they be in German? I am afraid that we will have those German menu and so on which is a bit tough to access since I cannot read the language

I am safe to said it was in English I purchase few from German (include Trainsporting, Sherlock Holmes, & A.I), actually it is the same disc as American, all features in English with English subtitle.
The only in German will probably the booklet (if any).


I no worried, as I trial and error before.

Just check around, notice i-parcel got 3 types services:

• i-parcel Immediate* for 2 to 4 business day global delivery
• i-parcel Saver* for 7 to 12 business day global delivery
• i-parcel Saver Deferred* 7 to 21 business day global delivery

I think all the while when Amazon use i-parcel for Standard Shipping is i-parcel Saver Deferred which took nearly a month to arrive.

I just purchase few titles and 1st time try my luck using Expedited, and... Amazon also shipped my parcel via i-parcel and estimate delivered time is 11/August/2011. Only one date, not in between. Ship out today, which means around 9 days, in this case, Amazon may use i-parcel Saver for Expedited user. Wish me luck item arrive on time. If it delivered on time, next time I will choose more on Expedited rather than Priority as Priority actually too costly and Standard wise too slow. If not arrive on time, Amazon be prepared receiving my love letter.

But this does not means Amazon all time using i-parcel for Expedited shipping as my friend also order via Expedited and no tracking number for track. His parcel not yet arrive.

guys....what is the best budget bluray player for newbie to start with....? any suggestion?

Samsung C5500, Sony S370 (this two is old unit, might not in market anymore, around RM 350 to RM 450)

New replacement is Samsung D5500 & Sony S380 (I not sure the price as long time never check, but I believe is similar or slight higher)

after numerous email complains and leaving packaging feedback, Amazon still doesnt improve their packaging method. really hate this...

how can they just put a boxset into a bigger box WITHOUT any airbags, paper or watsoever to secure it.

You mean Amazon UK? for US, my parcel recently all arrived with airbags inside.

but this time, i received a package WITHOUT any protection, just the piece of invoice and the item itself.

that fella who pack this must be damn lazy...

Any damage caused to your beloved BD? I notice AMZ UK only use brown paper and those bubble wrap to cushion the BD. Whereby AMZ US use plastic airbag which is quite efficient.
