hi guyz i know this might sound so noob... anyway i am confuse here what is the correct way to read the cpu temperature on CPUID hardware monitor.. i see some people say that TMPIN0 is the cpu temperature while others might say that TMPIN1 is the cpu temperature...so which one is the correct one? im also using gigabyte easytune 6 to monitor my hardware and i found out that, the closest temperature that approximately equal on each other is the TMPIN1 compared to cpu temperature on gigabyte easy tune 6...can i just rely on that? note: i cannot check core temperature on CPUID hardware monitor bcoz i have unlock my additional cpu cores and for that the core temperature has been disabled by the system automatically...This post has been edited by cardin: Jul 3 2011, 07:57 PM Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(exzuar @ Jul 4 2011, 11:31 PM) TMPIN0 or TMPIN1...both are correct. its different on board manufactures/models.... so thats mean i need follow my gigabyte easytune 6? which is approximately equal to TMPIN1 reading? the things that make me confuse here is because when i try to lock back my additional cores from x4 to x2 my reading on core temp shows approximate value as TMPIN0..so which is which?
QUOTE(gengstapo @ Jul 5 2011, 12:23 AM) unfortunately "the processor detected is not supported"

1. get bios temp. 2. try Everest Ultimate :::You will notice the CPU will get alot hotter once games are being played for a fair while, but your boards temp will increase about >5C underload.

QUOTE(bugb34r @ Jul 5 2011, 03:21 AM) so sad there is no cpu temperature at all..i only manage to see mobo temperature...

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « haaa..you must know the diffrerent Core temp Vs CPU temp...(google it) take a look at this. a really big difference...same motherboard with Phenom IIx6 1055T » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « so your temp read..
