Which state are you in? If you are from Peninsula Malaysia, then you don't need to match it. Just need to declare that you are not the owner of the account. Then you can use your own name and address.

To use the vouchers, the person would need the TNB for that account and also your IC copy before he can use the voucher to purchase.

I just brought a fridge on Jusco member's day using the rebate. Pretty huge discount. But one small problem is that there is a limit to the size of your fridge.


You can use another person's voucher, but you need a photocopy of the bill and the owner's IC.

You can print as a pdf file using a software like doPDF, then print the pdf.
