im considering to start ocing with my laptop. here's the spec hmm.gif

Intel core 2 duo proc t6500 2.1 ghz

4GB RAM

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4500 Series 512MB

1) is it ok to oc my laptop? i got a cooler master for laptop to help the increase in heat, i know it wont be enough but better than nothing rite?
i always have problems in playing new games like COD: Black Ops n Prototype, kinda laggy...

2)oh yeah 1 more thing. my svchost.exe kept stealing my cpu cycles n they took a lot of it.. u know how to fix this? am afraid to kill the services associated with it..
am using windows 7 ultimate edition,
3) i updated catalyst control center to 11.6, n rivatuner dont recognize my driver. how to fix this?

and upgrading is not an option due to some reasons.

thanks for the help notworthy.gif icon_rolleyes.gif
