I'm so sad that the con broke my room/house beam. Is that serious, or just crack only?

This is in the master bedroom and second floor. My house is DS intermediate.

yup, just not vice versa.
install inverter now, in case in future might change it to inverter type.

inverter aircond pipe is more thicker since using different gas type.
previously read it with pic somemore, but too lazy too google now.
