Alternatively, do the air purging by using vacuum pump when installing the aircond, air and moisture in the pipe will reduce the performance of compressor, overheating and eventually refrigerant leak.

Air purging is important for a proper aircon installation, but sadly not many installer will follow the proper procedure.

I almost forgot, don't wast the money to ask the service guy to re-fill the gas without prior vacuum the pipe-line, the moisture accumulated in the system must be removed.

When doing onceal piping, its btter to specify exactly where the piping will be to ensure the percise location of the internal air cond unit.
I did not do that and it it a hassle and a costly exercise to shift the air cond unit after initial instalattion.
My story is here

Hi, i have a few question here.. Anyone knows what the recommented distance of the aircon from the compressor unit to ensure its performance? Secondly, must the compressor unit placed in lower elevation than the aircon indoor unit? If not required, then im planning to run the piping close to my grd floor ceiling then cover int up by plaster ceiling.. Seeking for you guys opinion.. Cheers

Rm3000 for 3 of them? I think ridiculous and more expensive than mine one.
But what is the length?

my aircond installer charged me RM200 each aircond for the conceal work (including cementing back the hacked wall).

the conceal length for each aircond is about 10 ft.

Ya true.
My main contractor also charge me RM600 for 1.0 HP inverter conceal copper pipe and outlet pipe.
But I planned to install only 2 of them because it needs some coordination with the living room extension.
