Galaxy S 2 at 2099 is quite a surprise already. According to my friend, price of flagship smartphones are at an all time low. Flagships used to start off at close to RM3K (think HTC HD2 when first launched: http://www.mobilehornet.com/archives/3227). Now we have them starting to tumble.

So it wouldn't surprise me if the Galaxy Z be priced at 1.6K or even 1.5K. Though 1.7 is a realistic price to expect. It won't be another month till the thing appears on market anyway.

To go back even further, the HTC Touch HD was launched at a price of RM3399 in 2008! http://www.mobilehornet.com/archives/1821 We have come so far!!
