anyhow, i didn't invest in it because i think Skypark has higher potential. The places there which have in pangaee, tamarind, arc, etc are too packed and cramped

dont' quite understand people why at icon pj in mah sing. Paying so much for it ( or rental by tenant ) just to get congestion and pollution air? furthermore, you have low cost flats around it..don't add up the $ you pay for it. No wonder there are still many unsold units left...

I always think Skypark is a better investment from the start. Both have its uniqueness but Skypark has better reputation n location wise, it s better. Pangea location is too packed with all other development

i agree, all the buyers who were conned through faked advertisement or promises should gather and take legal actions against OSK. Don't let OSK get away with this or other developers will follow suits and con other people in the future.

OSK didn't live up to their words, they should be punished for conning people hard-earn money.
