And Cyberjaya is limited freehold (freehold with restriction).

I see, still under master title.

Anyway, once title is out, should not be a problem to transfer to non bumi. Even though it's limited freehold, I have not heard any case where bumi can't transfer to non bumi yet.

you cant transfer from bumi to non bumi, tis is where LIMITED FREEHOLD come in. its macam lishold with 999 years lease period.

Any real case? Limited freehold applies to every owner... As long as u transfer u need to get consent. Cyberjaya is like that. Its not a restriction to transfer from bumi to non bumi.

Like I said, I haven't heard of any case here where there's issue to transfer.

Currently rent in eclipse residence. Im in 37th floor. Got parking at level 8. Imagine every morning need to go down to ground floor took 5 mins. And got leaking issue also.

Why high floor unit also get high floor parking?
Higher floor unit paid higher pricing compare to low floor unit.

carparking allocation is based on absolute price, not psf....taiko.

you may have high floor units, but if your highfloor is the smallest units, you still lose out to low floor bigger unit, in terms of absolute price.
