I dont believe feng sui.

OSK charged the buyers a sky high premium and claimed that a 5 star hotel c/w shopping mall will be next door.
but now (if it's true), converting hotel to residential block and this is very misleading and unfair to the previous pangaea buyers! How can a big reputatable developer do like this? Of course nothing much the existing buyers can do but I think buyers should at least lodge complain to address the disappointment due to change in master plan.
Whats the diff of buying mutiara ville n pangaea now if there is no hotel? Who dares to buy osk products in future? I m curious.
Can osk kindly explain why changing the hotel into residential pls? How to justify to the previous buyers that their units was sold at that kind of premium because a 5 star hotel will be there but now changed to soho? Reputation all spoilt over night osk.
