First regarding your kind reply on my post, i would reply as below:-

1) Please kindly read the topic of this thread, which is PAN'GAEA (the whole development name) CYBERJAYA - PARAGON & SOLSTICE (it says paragon & solstice, if you do not understand what is that)

2) This thread originally started with Paragon post, which is the 1st phase of Pan'gaea, then continue to solstice, the 2nd phase of Pan'gaea. Please check back to the page 1 for evidence.

3) In my previous post, i had mentioned the units release is after SUMMARY of the loan rejection. Which means up to date by now, every units sold are either SPA signed, or loan rejected, and summarized with this final result, therefore released units up for sale again.

4) Btw, we are having booth event at the curve 1st - 4th May now, 10am - 10pm. Please drop by and check out if you need FURTHER VERIFICATION, EXPLANATION, CLARIFICATION details on the this project.

i personally think that, the road in front and behind pangaea will get mature while VP. because setia eco glades going to build 1 flyover linking putrajaya highway to cyberjaya, and most of the development is located in this area.

what you guys think?

Went to the showroom today.. Saw that work in progress is not bad. Im a solstice tower 1 buyer.
 
  Asked the SA about the Eclipse block. He told me that the official launch in on the 15th of november. Price gonna increse to 800 psf and no more fully furnished unit. Means they are selling the bare unit at that price. Not too sure how true that is. But if its true. Ka ching to all the Tower 1 and tower 2 buyers!! $$$!!

But without the hotel i think Pangeae will lost its attraction. The whole concept with a hotel is the reason I bought. No without hotel it seems like just a normal residential development to me... hmm
