Technically speaking, it is actually still there (at least that's what they have said), just that now it's fugly and not the sexy bombshell that was once presented to it.

Pretty much like having a shiny glossy brochure with a Ferrari on it and now, it's a newspaper ad of a Kancil. Both are cars, both have wheels and both also in red.

Should be somewhere in between I trust. 770k is slightly inflated and 500k is slightly too low. Fair price would be in the region of 650k-700k, from my rough guesstimate. At least get people to contact him/her first, then from there, that's where all the story telling starts.

After getting my keys for about a month, so far so good. Nothing really major (well, project not abandoned, delivered on time and as per S&P contract). Minor issues on finishing and of course, the ridiculous maintenance fees. From what I see, facilities and service, doesn't justify the RM0.50++ psqft maintenance fees charge.

As for the items that were available in the show unit but not in the actual unit, those items are the correct items and matches back the list of items in the contract. That is for the big/major items, as smaller items not captured (glass shelf, toothbrush holder...etc) and will be hard to argue.

My unit rented out for 1300, fully furnished with all the normal electrical items (TV, fridge, washing machine and also dryer).

Tamarind Square just started to VP last week. If browse FB, can find some owners of the shop lots collecting their keys already. Will however need some time before those lots are occupied for business.

Tamarind Square (which is just opposite at the corner of the traffic light) just started VP 2 weeks back. Visited the site early Feb, certainly a very sexy concept, mixing the business/shop lots with lots of greenery and indoor parks. Will certainly hold onto my unit and maintain my price for the years to come. Cyberjaya has lots to offer as the perimeter of Greater Klang Valley grows larger and larger year by year.

OSK Property, trying to be dirty again. A few years back, a group of owners raised this issue to their management - that a serviced apartment will be built instead of the promised hotel. The outcome was promising, assurance from their management that they will relook into their overall master plans and retain the hotel. There was even a signed letter from their top management to all owners.

Today, OSK Property have become rats again, being dirty and sneaky, changing plans and not delivering as per promised when they initially launched the project. The centrall park is nowhere to be seen in their plan. The 5 star hotel that is part of the development is now replaced by Residential Suites. Irony is, they have vast experience in the hospitality industry, managing resorts and hotels via their sister company, PJ Development.

To all prospective buyers of OSK projects, please stay away from this rat, especially their new projects. Don't be a victim, where they show you the world, but deliver you a kampung.

They have just updated and shared their masterplan. Stated as Future Retail Development, could either be a traditional small, neighbourhood mall or a street mall, not sure. Nevertheless, seems that they have cut their plan for the centrall park and also their offices and hotel (replaced with more residentiall suites), which is extremely disappointing to say the least.

He/should has every right to be disappointed. MBTL is badly maintained, worse than Pangaea. Not to mention, its ultra flooded with Africans and Middle Easterns (nothing against them, just that, historically, when there are too much of their kind, living environment is always bad).

On-going court case between buyers of a OSK project in Sungai Petani, Kedah. Interesting to note that the purchase price is only between RM271k and RM385k but the amount each buyer is claiming is damages of RM2.5mil against OSK. A total of 14 buyers are the case is now in the High Court.

That's what unfolds when shit is delivered.
