I did get the RM8,888 rebate too and mine is Tower 1, on top of the 5% discount. Maybe is more of a timing thingy than block.Investment PAN'GAEA - PARAGON | SOLSTICE | ECLIPSE [OT], The Cyberjaya city centre living by OSK

QUOTE(noblebaby @ May 27 2014, 12:57 PM) In all honesty, I wouldn't call it fast. The pic that you are sharing is for the 1st phase, Paragon, which I believe the owners signed the S&P about 2 years ago. Based on the progress, I think a realistic timeline for handover would be mid-late next year. Just my 2 cents. |

QUOTE(RenuPlus @ Jun 9 2014, 12:00 AM) Discount should be available until the project is fully sold, just my personal opinion and six sense. Not an affordable project, rather, its on the luxury high-end side, thus, the discounts will always be there to 'soften' the price. |

QUOTE(Offshoreyoboy @ Jun 28 2014, 03:36 PM) The after sales service is terrible.. I call the sales and marketing team about my referral fee, until now also havent get back to me. I have sign the S&P for a year. Now still receiving sms on referral fee for eclipse. I can believe such a big property company has such a bad after sale service. You refer someone or someone referred you? If its the former, then it will depend on the date the person that you are referring sign the S&P and also his/her 1st payment. If its the later, then they have no obligations to update you on it, as they are suppose to only update the person that has referred you. |

QUOTE(Offshoreyoboy @ Jun 29 2014, 11:56 AM) I am the refer because the other unit that was bought is my family member. Both S&P was sign together and loan approve for guess more than 6 months already. I called the showunit number and they divert me to OSK sale and marketing team, but everyone state after loan disbursed.. but i already receive loan payment slips. After that he told me a month should be disbursed and now its already a month. Calling in and customer service state that everyone is busy and asked for a call back. No ppl ever call back.. Sad la.. Don't they have proper tracking procedure. Any other ppl having same issue as me? Just to clarify, the referral fee will be disbursed within 3 months from the date of your referral's 1st loan drawdown/payment. |

At RM400k (nett price), the price per square feet is RM888.....crazy pricing indeed. Can't wait for the project to be completed.

QUOTE(leo_gaga @ Aug 6 2014, 09:44 AM) That's good then. Coz Solstice will only be completed early 2017, approximately 1 and a half years from Paragon handover. By then, business at the shop lots and also SOHO units would have stabilized, assuming they have a normal trend line progress. |

QUOTE(leo_gaga @ Aug 11 2014, 08:02 AM) http://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-li...or-rent-5364035 The maths seem to be quite straightforward and doable. RM2,000 for 3 bedrooms, 6 people, that's only about RM350+- per person. For someone studying in MMU, that shouldn't be a problem at all.wow, The Arc can be rent out with rm2000-2200 per month. not bad huh. |

QUOTE(Rainbowlily @ Aug 16 2014, 10:57 AM) What I know is only soho can be used as residential. Other like sofo, sovo, so..... is mainly for commercial only. In all honesty, I have never heard of neighbours complaining because one is running his/her unit as a residential unit in a commercial/business area. It's always the other way round, neighbours complaining about having a commercial/business in a residential area. |

QUOTE(cfa28 @ Aug 29 2014, 10:43 AM) I was there last weekend. One man's meat is another man's poison... Yep most of the smaller units, 450sq, 650 sq ft is sold out. Still have the duplex 900+ sq ft and 3-bedroom 900+ sq ft but unfortunately, there is no showroom for the 3-bedroom unit. To me, makes no sense to buy Studio Units in Cyberjaya. Vicinity of KLCC yes. The 450 sq ft, also not cheap, RM300K++ and the 650 sq ft at RM500K++ For RM500K++, I can get a 1,000 st condo in Kajang or even an older DSL. I suppose most ppl buy for Investment but there is so many other bigger condos in Cyberjaya. As for the duplex, its not practical as 1) The small bedroom downstairs is more like a Library / Reading Room. Doubt any child will want to sleep there growing up in an Aquarium, all Glass Doors 2) U cannot change the Lights or Curtains by yourself due to the High / Double Volume Ceiling. These units are good for weekend stay and not for everyday living. Sad day that MY Properties are heading the Showbox way even in a place like Cyberjaya. |

QUOTE(MoneyMaker prince @ Sep 18 2014, 06:24 PM) Hi, did anyone know if the proposed hotel still in plan? Looks like they have changed the hotel to residential suites @ Kepler. Price seems to have dropped from the Eclipse pricing, which was about RM360k onwards fro the studio unit. I hope it's because the design is now much simpler with no furnishing and not because the property market is slow / in a decline. Because it the official website, previously what I heard is a hotel, but now change to residential suite. |

There goes the boutique hotel.....
Don't think we can do anything, in terms of forcing them to reverse their decision on the residential suites and build the hotel instead, since the brochure is just a 'proposal'. Not stated in our S&P for sure. All we can do is highlight our misery and enlighten potential buyers of OSK products? Attached thumbnail(s) |

QUOTE(den @ Sep 18 2014, 10:18 PM) I'm 99% sure that it will be different, based on the illustrations that @accetera shared on the previous page. Looks very normal indeed. Well, for those who have vested interest in this project, let's just hope for the best! Previously, I had a plan B, which is to shift in to my unit here if I can't really rent out and in return, rent out my current place since its strategically located in KL.Now don't have a plan B anymore, as I recently purchased a landed house. Don't think it is possible to rent out that landed house..... Oh well, I'll make this a weekend getaway resort home then. |

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Sep 18 2014, 10:34 PM) Of course nothing much the existing buyers can do but I think buyers should at least lodge complain to address the disappointment due to change in master plan. Do you want to lead the revolution? I'm sure many of us here will support. Anyone knows the right channel to go about this? To whom do we complain and voice our dissatisfaction?Whats the diff of buying mutiara ville n pangaea now if there is no hotel? Who dares to buy osk products in future? Promise one thing but change to another thing? |
