i can't update my tab from froyo to gingerbread by using kies
there is no notification for update came out
so how am i gonna update my tab ?

i bought my sgt p1000 on last June n its still under warranty
but recently i just upgraded my tab from froyo 2.2 to gingerbread 2.3 (illegally)

my Q's are :
1)how about my warranty? is it still available or broken already ?
2)if yes,can i claim warranty for battery for free ?

my sgt is getting very hot when i open pdf by using ezpdf even less than 30 minutes
luckily i've installed battery widget n it warns me whenever the battery is over temperature
its around 40 deg C
is it normal ? what should i do ?
