Uncle Benny I need your help my friend's Galaxy Tab 7 problem whenever he plugs in the usb cable to computer the Tab immediately blank and show the charging Battery Icon state?

When he unplug the sync/charging cable it shown black screen and when press power/sleep it reboot to comment?
