dear frenz, i need your advise

my tab stuck at samsung glowing logo, eventhough power off/on.
Then I retried and I find out that I have error messages on the system android system recovery:

E:format_volume: rfs format failed on /dev/block/mmcblk0p2
E:failed to mount /preload (No such file or directory)
E:install_application_for_customer:Can't mount /preload
your storage not prepared yet, please use UI menu for format and reboot actions.

anything happen to internal disk? i'm not doing any upgrade, still using the froyo, thanks for your reading and suggestion

bro, thanks for your suggestion....done oledi the wipe/reset factory/data/cache/dalvik in recovery mode but still failed. tried flash stock rom (froyo/ginger) still failed.....some rom stuck at hidden.rfs and some at movinand.mst ...then failed again......now ODIN can't detect my tab , what i saw, it can't detect my internal card
