I think if you do not feel confident to update "SGT", better do not update .. if not, a new user "SGT" thought that this tablet is not good .. please understand it completely, and then update with the directives that have been given on the first page thread..

in my opinion, failure to update includes a number of reasons ... Among these are;

1) a corrupt file (downloading files)
2) is not clear impression that the instructions given
3) or, indeed, there are a lot of damage files ..
4) speed when downloading files
5) possible failure of the software (KIES)

good luck..

I must say i am impressed with the stock gingerbread dxjpe . I rooted it with chainfire kernel
Using it 2 days already and am very happy. Its performance is miles ahead of the original stock froyo
So those who worry about root n flash n warranty do update it to the official gingerbread release.
*
agree, but if they are afraid .. The best and safe is that they can go to service center for updates.

which one did u use? and any suggestion for screen protector? smile.gif
*
why do you want to use a screen protector? when it is resistant to scratches... Gorilla glass is very strong, unless you dropped it purposely or not

Anyone using it as a hand phone?
Can I use Bluetooth hand free?
How long will the battery last if I wan to use it as a handphone
*
i use it as a phone with no problem at all.. but u need to lower down the volume, if not someone else will hear.. untill now i never use bluetooth handsfree because i dont like to bring along all things inside my pocket or clip on my shirts.. the battery all depend on ur usage.. the more u use , the more it lose... compare with normal touch screen phones, tab are better.. i charged it at night & all day long with games & etc so on ..

Good morning, many of us who still say "samsung galaxy tab" is heavy & large as well as many others still do not use it as mobile. Today, I want to share, how do I bring my "samsung galaxy tab" anywhere I want. The solutions is, i'm using a "pouch bag" that has the "DIY" on it. I enclose some pictures for you to ponder. The pouch bag is RM25 & exactly fit the tab.

My battery dry so quick. Normaly can stand 1day,but now just halfday only.huhu

So quick? I think there is no weird things when ur tab drains so fast, unless you open with many apps. Today, i started at 8:30am using email, ym, hd browser, various of apps, sms. And now Batery is 42% at 12:28pm. If ur differ than me, better check with SC. Good luck

http://www.androidcentral.com/samsung-anno...axy-tab-70-plus

Samsung has now officially announced the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, an updated version of the venerable 7-inch tablet.
That changes with the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus. In addition to having Android 3.2 Honeycomb, it's got a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 3MP rear camera and 2MP front camera and Samsung's TouchWiz UI on the 7-inch, 1024x600 display. It'll come in either 16GB or 32GB flavors, with a 4,000 mAh battery, and weigh 345 grams.

Wondering Samsung's market strategy with this since the 7.7 is just being launch at same time
*
hmm yes babeh, i just want to know the exact date when this one come out. why dont they just upgraded to 2gb RAM?

'Opera Browser' is the best so far because this browser were finger & email friendly. for those who's using dolphine browser hd 'desktop setting' already know this problem on their emails. just for sharing my thoughts.

how to hold the tab in the right way when you answer the phone?

1. lower down your volume to lowest or modify ur Setting-Sound - Volume.
2. flip the phone and place the speakers close to the ear while the microphone near the mouth
by this way, your voice will become clear as you talk on the phone.
